We propose functionality through new yarns and new designs to our customers. We pursue and continue yarn development, design development, and functionality in a sustainable manner, aiming to make proposals to our customers.

Development Style

Illustration

Development starting from illustrations

  • ⅰ Will receive illustration from designer showing his/her image in mind.
    We will arrange meetings to discuss in detail based on information such as image of the finished product, target sales zone, client, requested price range, and any others.
  • ⅱ Based on the information we obtain, we will proceed to the selection of yarn and design.
  • ⅲ We will then create a simulation image and present to designer. We will confirm with the designer for approval to move on to the trial weaving phase.

Cutting Sample

Development using sample textile

  • ⅰ We will receive a proposal from customer to make sample textile
  • ⅱ Based on the information we obtain, we will proceed to the selection of yarn and design.
  • ⅲ We will then create a simulation image. We will confirm with the designer for approval to move on to the trial weaving phase.
  • ⅳ As R&D center policy, we do not recommend simple reproducing of the existing product.

Co-Development

Joint development and Partner institutions

If we receive a request for joint development from customers, we will cooperate by using all of our company group resources available. Furthermore, we are working in cooperation with the Noto Textile Lab.(Noto Textile Labo：http://www.txlabo.gr.jp/)
